Renovation of 44 Guest rooms, Lobby and Ski Bar

Wilczynski Construction Company provided demolition of existing finishes, framing and drywall, finish carpentry and FFE for the renovation of 44 guest rooms, lobby and Ski Bar. This project had a very tight schedule and there was no missing the deadline of coming into Ski Season in Vail, Colorado. Rooms were started and turned over in succession working closely with the general contractor and other trades. Materials, and other trades were an unexpected hurdle to jump on this project as coming into winter in the Rocky Mountains proved to be challenging with getting materials and people to the site. The project was turned over on time so the resort could begin receiving guests for the busy season before the holidays!
